Lemonade Scones

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 egg, whisked

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.
  • 2 mix together lemonade, cream and flour to form a soft dough.
  • 3 place mixture on a floured surface and knead dough to 2cm thickness.
  • 4 cut out circles that are about 4cm in diameter.
  • 5 place on a tray and glaze with whisked egg.
  • 6 bake in oven until golden brown.
