Ingredients

- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup cream
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 egg, whisked
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.
- 2 mix together lemonade, cream and flour to form a soft dough.
- 3 place mixture on a floured surface and knead dough to 2cm thickness.
- 4 cut out circles that are about 4cm in diameter.
- 5 place on a tray and glaze with whisked egg.
- 6 bake in oven until golden brown.
