Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 whisk oil, zest, lemon juice, pepper, and dijon in a bowl until blended.
  • 2 season with salt, if desired.
