Lemon Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, cut in half
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 mix together dry ingredients.
- 3 in another bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
- 4 add wet to dry, mix until just combined.
- 5 fold in cranberries.
- 6 grease 12 muffin tins.
- 7 spoon in batter and bake for 16-18 minutes.
