- 8 fresh mint sprigs
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 8 ounces bourbon
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 8 ounces club soda
- ice cubes or cracked ice
Recipe
- 1 place 2 mint sprigs and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in each of 4 old-fashioned glasses.
- 2 muddle until the mint is well bruised and crushed.
- 3 divide the bourbon among the glasses.
- 4 add 2 scoops of the lemon sorbet to each glass.
- 5 top with club soda and serve, adding ice if desired.
