Ingredients

- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup pistachios or 1/3 cup almonds, crushed
- 1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Recipe
- 1 in a sauce pan boil milk.
- 2 slowly pour condensed milk and keep string.
- 3 stir and cook on medium heat until milk thickened.
- 4 now add sugar, almonds, pistachio, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
- 5 cook again for 15-20 minute again.
- 6 take it off the heat and put aside for 15 minutes.
- 7 pour the mixture into the ice cream mold or in a stainless steel bowl to make kulfa ice cream.
- 8 put ice cream filled molds in the freezer.
- 9 after 45 minutes open up ice cream molds and stir well so that no icicles remain there.
- 10 freeze again till hard.
