Ingredients

- 2 lbs frog's legs
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
Recipe
- 1 mix the cornmeal, egg, salt, cayenne and pepper together with enough water to form a batter.
- 2 place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the batter and cook for about 5-8 minutes until they are brown on all sides.
