Ingredients

- 410 g pitted black cherries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, finely shredded
- 3 teaspoons cornflour
- 1/2 cup orange, hjice
- 2 tablespoons vodka
Recipe
- 1 combine undrained cherries, sugar and rind in small pot.
- 2 stir over medium heat till mixture boils.
- 3 blend cornflour with juice.
- 4 stir into cherry mixture.
- 5 stir over medium heat till sauce boils and thickens.
- 6 remove from heat, stir in vodka.
- 7 enjoy with ice cream.
