Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried mint or 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup distilled water
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together.
- 2 stir well and allow to sit for 3 days.
- 3 strain or filter out all the mint leaves.
- 4 pour the toner into a clean bottle with a lid.
- 5 apply onto your face with a clean cotton ball.
