Ingredients

- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 pour into small custard dishes or individual souffle cups.
- 3 set molds in a pan of hot water and bake, uncovered at 350f for 40 minutes or until the blade of a kitchen knife in center comes out clean.
- 4 serve warm or cold.
