Maple Creme Brulee For Two

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
Recipe
- 1 use a 2 cup measure to measure and combine all ingredients except sugar in the order listed.
- 2 pour mixture into two ramekins or custard cups.
- 3 place ramekins into loaf pan.
- 4 pour very hot water into the loaf pan, about halfway up the ramekins.
- 5 place loaf pan in preheated 300 degree oven.
- 6 bake for 45-55 minutes until mostly set.
- 7 cool and chill thoroughly.
- 8 sprinkle each ramekin with 1 tsp raw (or regular) granulated sugar.
- 9 brulee with a kitchen torch until brown and melty on top.
- 10 enjoy immediately!
