Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix shallots together with the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  • 2 add the olive oil in a thin stream, whisking until dressing has emulsified.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 serve over mixed organic greens.
