Lemonade Stand Pie

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/3 cup country time lemonade mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8 ounces cool whip topping, thawed
  • 6 ounces graham cracker pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 place drink mix in large bowl.
  • 2 add water.
  • 3 stir until mix is dissolved.
  • 4 add ice cream.
  • 5 beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • 6 gently stir in whipped topping.
  • 7 freeze until mixture is thick enough to mound.
  • 8 spoon mixture into crust.
  • 9 freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  • 10 remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
  • 11 let stand at room temperature until pie can easily be cut.
  • 12 store leftovers in freezer.
