Lemonade Stand Pie

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup country time lemonade mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 8 ounces cool whip topping, thawed
- 6 ounces graham cracker pie crust
Recipe
- 1 place drink mix in large bowl.
- 2 add water.
- 3 stir until mix is dissolved.
- 4 add ice cream.
- 5 beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
- 6 gently stir in whipped topping.
- 7 freeze until mixture is thick enough to mound.
- 8 spoon mixture into crust.
- 9 freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- 10 remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
- 11 let stand at room temperature until pie can easily be cut.
- 12 store leftovers in freezer.
