Lemonade Stand Pie

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/3 cup country time lemonade mix or 1/3 cup country time lem'n berry sippers powdered drink mix, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip topping, thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) honey maid graham cracker pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 stir drink mix and water in large bowl until dissolved.
  • 2 add ice cream.
  • 3 beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • 4 gently stir in whipped topping until smooth.
  • 5 freeze, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
  • 6 spoon into crust.
  • 7 freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  • 8 let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily.
  • 9 garnish with lemon slices.
  • 10 store leftover pie in freezer.
