Plum Jam

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 kg plums, pitted and chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine plums and sugar in saucepan. heat until boiling.
  • 2 continue boiling until mixture reaches 220 - 225 degrees.
  • 3 pour into sterilized jars and process.
