Ingredients
1 1/2 kg plums, pitted and chopped
2 1/2 cups sugar
Recipe
1 combine plums and sugar in saucepan. heat until boiling.
2 continue boiling until mixture reaches 220 - 225 degrees.
3 pour into sterilized jars and process.
