Ingredients
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup firm silken tofu
- 1/4 cup nonfat protein powder
- 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 combine blueberries,milk,tofu,splenda and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 add ice and blend well.
