Ingredients
- 1 large lemon (rind and juice)
- 4 tablespoons dry wine
- 2 ounces caster sugar
- 300 ml thickened cream (double)
Recipe
- 1 place the first three ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend.
- 2 add cream and whisk until light and thick.
- 3 pour into individual dishes and chill.
- 4 serves 4.
