Lemon Syllabub

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon (rind and juice)
  • 4 tablespoons dry wine
  • 2 ounces caster sugar
  • 300 ml thickened cream (double)

Recipe

  • 1 place the first three ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend.
  • 2 add cream and whisk until light and thick.
  • 3 pour into individual dishes and chill.
  • 4 serves 4.
