Kale Chips

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 cups kale, stem removed cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 110°c.
  • 2 cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • 3 place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. shake until each piece of kale is coated with the oil and salt.
  • 4 place the kale pieces on the baking sheet. bake 10 minutes, turn the pieces, bake 10 more minutes.
  • 5 enjoy!
