- 6 cups kale, stem removed cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 110°c.
- 2 cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 3 place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. shake until each piece of kale is coated with the oil and salt.
- 4 place the kale pieces on the baking sheet. bake 10 minutes, turn the pieces, bake 10 more minutes.
- 5 enjoy!
