Lemon Velvet Ice Cream

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 quart whipping cream
  • 1 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 lemons, juice of
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients throughly.
  • 2 pour into ice cream freezer. follow freezers instructions.
  • 3 freeze for four hours.
