High-protein Blueberry Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup firm silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup nonfat protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 combine blueberries,milk,tofu,splenda and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 add ice and blend well.
