Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and garlic.
- 2 gradually whisk in the vegetable oil until well blended.
