Sesame Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, fat discarded,washed,and patted dry
  • 3 -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, season to taste with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • 2 stir together flour and next 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  • 3 dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, and dredge in flour mixture, pressing mixture to coat.
  • 4 heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 5 add chicken and cook, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides.
  • 6 reduce heat to medium, and cook until done and golden brown, turning several times.
