Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup pea pods, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
Recipe
- 1 mix mayo, soy sauce, sesame seeds, oil, and ginger until well blended.
- 2 add chicken, vegetables, and cashews. mix well.
- 3 spoon into pita pockets.
