Sesame Cauliflower

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 in a microwave safe dish add water then add cauliflower.
  • 2 bake in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  • 3 drain water (carefully this is very hot).
  • 4 squeeze juice of lemon on cauliflour.
  • 5 pour 1/2 coconut milk under cauliflower poor rest over cauliflower.
  • 6 paint tehini onto cauliflower (i use a pastry brush).
  • 7 sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • 8 bake in microwave and additional 2-8 minutes depending on desired level of crunchiness.
