Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed, peeled
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 put chicken in baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle soy sauce on each piece.
- 3 rub crushed garlic on each piece.
- 4 sprinkle seeds over the top of the chicken. cover.
- 5 bake at 375f for 50 minutes or until done.
