Sesame Chicken

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed, peeled
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 put chicken in baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle soy sauce on each piece.
  • 3 rub crushed garlic on each piece.
  • 4 sprinkle seeds over the top of the chicken. cover.
  • 5 bake at 375f for 50 minutes or until done.
