Ingredients

- 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium napa cabbage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions, tossing to coat.
- 3 garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
