Sesame Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium napa cabbage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions, tossing to coat.
  • 3 garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
