Pineapple And Jelly Pudding

Total Time: 24 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) packet pineapple jell-o
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained and juice preserved

Recipe

  • 1 mix jello with boiling water and preserved juice.
  • 2 put in fridge to set.
  • 3 whip cream and mix in crushed pineapple. fold.
  • 4 when jello has almost set, beat it with an egg beater, folding jello into cream.
  • 5 refrigerate overnight.
  • 6 serve with ice cream.
