Ingredients

• 1 ounce pisco
• 1/2 ounce grangala triple orange liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 4 drops orange bitters
• 1 green cardamom seed
• 1/2 teaspoon egg (optional)
• orange zest

Recipe

• 1 place the cardamom seed with the bitters in an empty martini shaker and muddle.
• 2 fill the martini shaker with ice, add the egg and shake well.
• 3 add the remaining ingredients and shake well.
• 4 strain into a chilled riesling glass and garnish with orange zest.
