Healthy Strawberry, Orange, Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (you can use skim or 2%)
- 1/2 cup orange juice, not from concentrate (such as simply orange juice)
- 1/2 cup strawberry, fresh, sliced (frozen ones aren't as good, but they work)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 4 ounces plain yogurt (all-natural)
- 8 -10 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 pour milk and orange juice in blender.
- 2 slice strawberries & banana and add to blender.
- 3 add yogurt.
- 4 add 8-10 ice cubes (you can add more or less to make the smoothie thicker or thinner).
- 5 blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- 6 enjoy!
