Ingredients
- 8 stalks rhubarb, cut into 3 inch lengths
- 8 cups water
- 1/3 cup sugar, to taste
- 1 sprig mint, as garnish
Recipe
- 1 add rhubarb to water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- 2 strain and add sugar to taste; serve iced with mint garnish.
