Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly clean and rinse an empty 1 l glass bottle. an empty 1 l oil bottle or vinegar bottle is best. pour all ingredients into the bottle, and shake well to mix. can be used immediately, or will keep in the cupboard for months.
