Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup loose tea
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 steep tea in boiled water for 15 minutes.
- 2 strain out loose tea, add liquid and sugar into a pot, boil for 10 minutes. take off heat and cool.
- 3 add 1 tbsp to a glass and fill with chilled water and ice; add garnish if desired.
