Mexican Jicama Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups finely sliced jicama

Recipe

  • 1 in food processor, process olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt. transfer to bowl.
  • 2 add jicama to dressing and toss until well coated. cover and set aside for 10 minutes until softened.
