- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups finely sliced jicama
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, process olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt. transfer to bowl.
- 2 add jicama to dressing and toss until well coated. cover and set aside for 10 minutes until softened.
