Open-face Peach Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 9 inches pie crusts
  • 6 peaches, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar and cornstarch together and spread 3/4 of it into pie crust.
  • 2 arrange peach halves on top, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
  • 3 pour cream evenly over peaches.
  • 4 bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • 5 reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
