Lime Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces greek yogurt
- 2 limes, zested finely
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh (more or less to taste depending on the lime)
Recipe
- 1 mix together the sour cream and greek yogurt.
- 2 wash the limes thoroughly.
- 3 zest both limes into the cream mixture and stir.
- 4 add lime juice a squeeze at a time until you like the taste. some limes are more tart than others.
- 5 this can be served right away, but it tastes better after an hour in the refrigerator and is even better the next day.
