Lime Cream Sauce

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces greek yogurt
  • 2 limes, zested finely
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh (more or less to taste depending on the lime)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the sour cream and greek yogurt.
  • 2 wash the limes thoroughly.
  • 3 zest both limes into the cream mixture and stir.
  • 4 add lime juice a squeeze at a time until you like the taste. some limes are more tart than others.
  • 5 this can be served right away, but it tastes better after an hour in the refrigerator and is even better the next day.
