Mixed Berry Quinoa Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons quinoa or 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything in a blender and process until smooth.
