- 1 -2 teaspoon salt (this makes them pretty salty- you may want to reduce the amount, then sprinkle the chips with salt a)

- 1 cut kale into 2 to 3 inch pieces.

- 1 mix sugar, eggs and vinegar in a double boiler with a whisk. (if you don't have a double boiler, place a metal or glass bowl over a pot of lightly boiling water. i actaully use a small pot in a larger pot with water in it. be careful not to let any water get in the mixture.).
- 2 whisk constantly until sauce just starts to boil and remove from heat immediately. add 2 tablespoons of dry mustard and gradually add more to taste. we use the full 4 tablespoons.
- 3 serve with your ham and enjoy!

- 1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin, any flavor
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 1/2 cups cool whip, thawed
- 8 ounces fruit
- 1 graham cracker crust

- 1 dissolve gelatin completely in water, stirring about 3 minute.
- 2 add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin is thickened about 2-3 minute remove any unmelted ice.

- 6 medium yellow onions
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- parsley (to garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 peel onions and cut each lengthwise in half, keeping root end intact.
- 3 in baking dish, combine water, olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and tabasco.
- 4 place onion halves cut side down into mixture.
- 5 cover with foil.
- 6 bake for 30 minutes, basting every so often.
- 7 remove foil and bake about 10 min.
- 8 longer or until onions are tender.
