Cherry Nut Cake I

ingredients

  • servings: 1
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    preparation time: 5 mins cook time: 45 mins ready time: 50 mins

  • place flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, oil, eggs, cherry pie filling, and chopped nuts in a 9x13 inch pan and mix thoroughly with a fork.
  • bake in a preheated 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) oven for 45 minutes. serve with whipped topping.
