Mango Lassi I

ingredients

  • servings: 4
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint, garnish

    preparation time: 7 mins ready time: 7 mins

  • in a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
