Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon hing
- 6 small green chilies
- 5 curry leaves
- 1/4 piece ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red onion
- 6 green beans
- 1 1/2 cups vermicelli
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.
- 2 microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.
- 3 add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.
- 4 add turmeric powder.
- 5 after vegetables fried, add water.
- 6 after water has boiled, add semiya.
