Semiya Upma

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • 6 small green chilies
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1/4 piece ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 6 green beans
  • 1 1/2 cups vermicelli
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.
  • 2 microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.
  • 3 add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.
  • 4 add turmeric powder.
  • 5 after vegetables fried, add water.
  • 6 after water has boiled, add semiya.
