Peach-tastic Sangria!

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 750 ml dry riesling wine
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry-peach juice
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise (can use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract instead!)
  • lemon slice
  • orange slice
  • 2 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 5 ingredients in large pitcher.
  • 2 scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean and stir to blend (or add extract).
  • 3 stir in fruits.
  • 4 cover and chill overnight. serve on the rocks!
