Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup berries, sliced and frozen
  • 6 ounces yogurt, any type or flavor
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal

Recipe

  • 1 blend in blender until desired consistency.
