Hard-boiled Egg Whites With Avocado

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 cover eggs with cold water in a large pan.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
