Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (use only eagle brand)
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 (20 ounce) can diced pineapple
Recipe
- 1 put the un-opened can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk into a pot of boiling water, making sure that the can is always submerged in water at all times; cook it for 3 hours.
- 2 once done, let it cool down and eat it the next day.
- 3 this caramel will last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
- 4 when ready to eat place in a bowl and open both ends of the can and push down one side of the can into a bowl.
- 5 serve with whipping cream and pineapple.
