Home Made Caramel

Total Time: 3 hrs 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (use only eagle brand)
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (20 ounce) can diced pineapple

Recipe

  • 1 put the un-opened can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk into a pot of boiling water, making sure that the can is always submerged in water at all times; cook it for 3 hours.
  • 2 once done, let it cool down and eat it the next day.
  • 3 this caramel will last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
  • 4 when ready to eat place in a bowl and open both ends of the can and push down one side of the can into a bowl.
  • 5 serve with whipping cream and pineapple.
