Lavender-rose Honey

Ingredients

• 1 quart mild honey
• 3/4 cup dried organic rose petal
• 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients in a jar.
• 2 seal and let stand in a sunny window for 2 weeks.
• 3 warm the jar under hot water intil the honey and strain into a clean jar. store in a cool, dark place.
