Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups coleslaw mix, with carrots
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil
- 2 splenda sugar substitute, packets (stevia works well too)
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in medium bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
