Ingredients

- 7 g agar, powder
- 600 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- dried mixed fruit
- food coloring (optional)
Recipe
- 1 boil agar powder, sugar and water together, stirring constantly.
- 2 when mixture boils, remove from the fire.
- 3 spoon fruit into moulds.
- 4 add food colouring if desired.
- 5 pour agar into the moulds and leave it to set.
- 6 chill.
