Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- wooden skewer
Recipe
- 1 mix all the dry ingredients, then add eggs and milk.
- 2 mix till lump free.
- 3 skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
- 4 deep fry in 350 degree oil. remove when golden brown, about 5 minutes.
