Knock 'you' Off Cask & Cream

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 cup good brandy
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together by hand or in a blender and store in refridgerator. i prefer a very clean glass jar.
  • 2 i would give this a week to 'cure.'.
  • 3 this will keep for weeks and weeks.
