Grumichama Or Brazil Cherry Ice Blocks

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 cups grumichama
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 wash fruit then cut the fruit in half and remove the seeds.
  • 2 squeeze all of the fruit to a pulp.
  • 3 boil the water and dissolve the sugar in it to make a sugar syrup.
  • 4 leave to cool.
  • 5 place the fruit pulp in ice block moulds, pour in the sugar syrup and freeze.
