Peach Parfait

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups lowfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 large ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and nutmeg.
  • 2 spoon equal amounts of peaches in 4 bowls.
  • 3 divide yogurt among glasses and sprinkle with coconut.
