- 2 cups lowfat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large ripe peaches, diced
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, shredded
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and nutmeg.
- 2 spoon equal amounts of peaches in 4 bowls.
- 3 divide yogurt among glasses and sprinkle with coconut.
